Meet Greg Terry
Greg Terry started in the construction industry with an early interest in architecture. He went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management at California Polytechnic State University. Following this prestigious education, he went on to work as a construction superintendent and project manager. Greg founded Terry Home Inspection Services in 1989 and has since inspected well over 20,000 residential properties. He is a Certified Master Home Inspector with the California Real Estate Inspection Association.
Meet Ben Terry
Ben Terry obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Sacramento State University. Following school, he trained with his father in construction and property inspections and has obtained the coveted International Association of Professional Home Inspectors certification. This is the highest certification in the home inspection industry. He has been performing home inspections for ten years and to date has completed over, 8000 residential property evaluations.
Transparent Explanations and Realistic Solutions
Beyond the education, certifications, and experience, they have the ability to communicate with their clients in layman’s terms. Some defects can be certified as obvious, but at times can be quite technical, such as electrical wiring, HVAC, or roofing issues. Greg and Bed can explain why something is a problem, what it will take to mitigate this issue, and, in almost all cases, can give you an accurate budget figure.
